Orders are shipped from a warehouse located in Ukraine.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 350 MDL for all orders, regardless of order size or weight, to both Moldova and Romania.

We currently ship to the following countries:

- Romania

Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery: Once your order has been processed, delivery to Moldova and Romania typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
- Customs and Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, we provide tracking information for your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
